The sad reality is that by February, most people have abandoned their resolutions and do not follow through with them. What are you going to do this year in order to make that change? I understand that it’s not easy, but persistence is key. It’s all in your head, so you have to ask yourself “Do you want to do it, or do you not want to do it?”
Let’s discuss some steps that you will motivate you into having a more consistent life style. I talk about my daily routine and habbits that keep me healthy, both physically and mentally. I also tell a beautiful story about an engagement at one of my restaurants, but you will have to tune in to find out what it was all about. It involves a proposal, A Bronx Tale and one of my restaurants.

Merry Christmas to all!!! We have a very special episode today with one of my great friends in comedy, Chris Distefano. This was an unreleased episode from a few years ago and we could not wait for the perfect time to share it with you and what better time than Christmas Day.
Chris Distefano is one of my favorite comedians. Primarily a stand-up comedian, Distefano began his career in entertainment on MTV and MTV2's shows Guy Code and Girl Code. He also has a special on Netflix "Speshy Weshy".

We're going back to Old School Guys on this episode of The Chazz Palminteri Show! This week I sit down with one of pioneers of Hip-Hop, Sal Abbatiello.
Sal Abbatiello is an executive in the music business. Abbatiello created and produced the freestyle, urban/dance-pop trio, The Cover Girls, whose hits include "Show Me" and "Wishing on a Star". Abbatiello is also the owner of Fever Records.
Sal is Bronx born and a native, starting as a bartender in his father’s bar. The disco era was taking over the club scene in Manhattan with Studio 54, two years later in 1972 at the early age of 19, knowing this was the new music of that time, he went on to open his own club, it was the first disco in the Bronx, called the Playhouse. This is where he started promoting his own shows by handing out flyers and selling tickets himself.

Justina is the longest running female cast member from the hit TV show Wild n' Out. She is a rapper, singer, songwriter, host and entrepreneur. Justina also starred in her own movie "Fuhgeddabout Christmas" with some of todays hottest celebrities such as Nick Cannon, Vinny Guadagnino, Perez Hilton, D.C. Young Fly, Conceited, Vincent Pastore & so many more.
Justina was also on the cover of Maxim Magazine and just released a song/music video with the legendary Jadakiss

Renée is both a film and broadway actress, along with singer, dancer, author and much more. She is a multitalented woman and i am excited to share her story with you all.
Renée Marino has conquered many obstacles through out her career, which ultimately ended her a gig as Mary Delgado in both the Broadway show and movie directed by Clint Eastwood, Jersey boys. Her message of persistence and hard work is a testament to anyone who is interested in joining show business.It is an inspirational story and I love that she gets to share it on my show!
